Plastic part that holds the CD in place broke into pieces.

I need the plastic part that holds the CD in place, the part that you push the CD onto when you put a disc into the player. I think it has either 3 or 4 tabs that latch onto the inner ring of the disk. One-by one these tabs broke off. Any thoughts?
