First of all you should convert the AMV File into a video file by using conversion software.You get the required software by the respective shopkeeper from where you have bought your player.

I also have a problem would please help me in solving it.

My problem is that "whenever I connect my MP4 player to my computer amd click on the icon of the player there comes a dialogue box with message "Device not formatted" when I try to format it shows that my player has 0 Kb memory even though its internal memory is 2 GB ".If You can help me than please help me for the above concern.

  I knew the solution to u r problem just do as i say .first go to the setup in ur
  menu list then u find online mode option open it then select the option normal only but not encrypted option which will compulsory solve ur problem
