My car stereo system won't turn on.

I have a JVC KD-S570 car CD receiver in my car. All of the sudden last night, when I started my car, it did not turn on as usual. When I insert aCD, it momentarily turns on and "Load" appears, but when the CD is loaded it shuts off again. When I hit eject, the unit lights up again, ejects the CD,and shuts down. The only other way I can get the unit to display anything is to hit "DIS" which shows the time briefly. I tried resetting the unit "ATT and SEL," but this did nothing. Thanks for your help.
