I was able to order replacement screws through Sony customer service. $1.84 each plus $2 shipping. I could not convince them that screws really should not fall out the camera.

I don't, but I have the same camera and the same problem - 3 screws worked loose, fell out, and now I can't use the camera. Please let me know if you find a place to get them. Sony should come up with these for free, since the screws outta stay in!
