JVC D20EK Mini DV Cam with condensation error

Hi all, I have just aquired the above cam but it came with the condensation error. I have tried the leave the casette deck open with power on method but no joy. What can I do to sort the problem. I don't mind opening it up as long as I know what to look for. Any help appreciated.
