Homehelp have video camera approx 3 yrs but just started to use last year with birth of daughter.worked fine for a while then suddenly viewing screen went black. tried to recharge batteries etc.will play back prior recordings so all seems should work. any suggestions?

I have the exact same problem with my GR-D33U, digital camera. Did you receive any tips on how to resolve the issue with the black screen? |
