For some reason My TV JVC I'ART 27" does not have visual, its completely black.

My TV JVC I'ART 27" has sound but does not have visual. Is this is a problem I can fix on my own? Is this a low cost repair? This TV has only three years with me. I would like to repair it if is cost effective.
