CAMERA GOT WET

Right under the sony voice recorder my niece dropped some juice I cleaned it as fast as I could. The camera works eveyhing does EXCEPT no image is shown its pitch back and thats all it records...HELP the thing that keeps blaring on it is an icon with a hand that says (off) along with an icon of a person next to it.... HELP I need to fix this ASAP
