the top of the screen distorted from the bottom. The color is great.

I have not had any problem with the tv at all. I wonder if it is worth fixing it? It just start with it. When I turn it on it is bad. The bottom portion vertical shake, when it gets warm it gets better on the bottom then the top will change. The top looks like it is cut and set back from the bottom. The picture is distort. Can anyone help me... on what is going on? Is it the picture tube going out? or is a cheap componet that is going out? When I touch the out side it will just in place or it will going to a great picture and it will kick the top out again. What should I do? Get a service people here? If it is the picture tube then it is time to replace tv but if it is a componet it will be worth it to get service people here? Can anyone help me.... Thanks
