When I press play on the video, the screen shows as if the tracking needs fixing and when I press on the tracking button, nothing seems to be happening.

The screen on the tv shows nothing when I press play on the video. It doesn't seem to respond when I press the tracking button. I don't know if the channels may need to be re-tuned in. I did move the tv and video to another location. I also use a scart lead which is why I didn't think that I would need to re-tune anything. Please help. thank you.
