Error CD/DVD/MP3 reading - Panasonic SA DK-10

Hi everybody - I got a Panasonic SA-DK-10 system - bought it while I lived in Dubai - last year it stopped reading CDs/DVDs/Mp3 etc - "no CD" appears. Does anybody know where I can send the device to in order to get it fixed? Assume that the laser has to be replaced or so. Many thanks for your advice and help, warm regards from Europe/Germany.
