Hekp needed w/ 53" Projection TV with "scrambled" picture

Any ideas which board or component will cause a "scrambled" pic, TV turns on OK, will auto program channels OK, can bring up on screen menus OK, but everything is like looking at a scrambled cable channel. does this with video 1 & video 2 also
