Once the cassette holder in my JVC camcorder GR-D244U is closed it does not recedes

I bought my camcorder 1year ago from walmart. It worked properly until 1 week ago, when, after I inserted a new tape into it, it failed to recede automatically.the compartment is both opened and closed but not receding inside the camcorder. when i press the section labelled PUSH, the cassette holder is closed but does not moving (receding) the tape inside the camcorder automatically (or manually), thus I can not close the cassette holder cover and the camcorder can not be used ( the cassette holder does not move inside the camcorder, either with a tape or without it). It can not bring the tape inside. The battery is full, use of the Dc adapter did not solved the problem, the tape was in correct recording mode when I tried recording, power switch is on, etc. It appears as if the button that operates the compartment door is broken but I can not see such thing. There is no JVC representative or certified repair store here in our country. Thanks a ton to any one who has ideas!
