HomeI have no visuals from the camera, will a hard reset fix it? Not sure whether or not my daughter dropped the camera last week, but when i went to use it there is nothing. Ive tried just about everything battery, power cord, the whole nine and i still have nothing not even an error code. Will a hard reset fix this? thank you. JOe

In a short answer NO!, although when you say there is no visuals does that infer that there is sound?, however if nothing is happening then that could indicate that an internal fuse has blown, and if it was dropped then it could be absolutely anything that is causing the problem, this only being revealed by an internal investigation. (fuse is prime suspect though) |
