How to get rid of these red lines across my TV screen.

I have the same problem as Wayne Mareno. I have a 52" I'art JVC. I'm in the military and stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Is there a way I'm able to demagnetize my TV by myself, or do I need to go a hardware store? Thank you.
