jvc s6060 (45w x4) stereo into a 1990 citreon (20w x2)

hey. i have just been given a jvc s6060 (45w x4) for my (hah) citreon 1990 bx. which is 20w x 2. i know nothing about cars, let alone installing car stereo's. will it work if i just install it as it is, or will it blow up my speakers? i'm just thinking i'll need to get two more speakers installed in my car, i really know nothing, can anyone help me out? would really appreciate it!
