Help!!!

Hi i have a sony Cyber-shot camera. DSC-W55 to be exact. For some reason it will not flash for me. I keep getting a error code of E:91:01 and the little flash bolt keeps flashing. I am able to take pictures but unable to use the flash. What should I do??? Can it be fixed???
