You obviously have corrupt or incorrect entries somewhere in your registry, as although this a well known problem it unfortunately "cannot" simply be solved with a few words of advice so strongly suggest that you follow some of the numerous bits of information that you will see mentioned if you do a "google" entering "Error code 4450" into the box.

yes you guest it, that darn 4450 error code, how to fix it, registry cleaners don't work, at least I don't have any money to purchase a good one, so for now I can't burn any CD's Help!!!

Although your addition is to an old Sep 2007 posting, the fact still remains of how on earth can anyone who could possibly assist, do so when nothing but an error code is mentioned without the brand / model number of whatever type of equipment is being used.
