Eric, My TV starts up but displays a pink/purple picture. There is no picture but audio is OK. Would certainly appreciate a copy of your Sony repair manual to diagnose and fix the unit. I live on an island with no TV technicians or means to get the TV to the mainland. I am a mech. eng. so I believe I have some skills to try and fix it. I am about to degauss the screen but will wait for your response. Thanks again. Regards Alex
