LAMBDA FAULTY POWER SUPPLY

I have a faulty LAMBDA JWS300-5 a 5V, 60Amps DC power supply. All components are physically looking good. The two big capacitors are carrying over 300V DC which discharges to zero when mains is switched off. I have no circuit diagram. I must get it repaired. So, I need assistant from anyone who happened to have come across this power supply before. Thank you all.
