HomeSeems like the Cannon wasn't the greatest choice I have had my camera a couple of years and we have had issues with it not ejecting the tape. You have to play with for a while then it will open. I'm really getting furstrated with this issue. I just looked at the recording of Christmas last year and most of the video was black there was sound but no video. So any ways.

hi dear sunshine,your camcorders guide rail assy defective.previous problem ccd defective(blank image).canon already recall this model and replacing that ccd free of cost,not need any documents.i am a canon technician,i am also using same model. |
