Yeh, this was kind of confusing... Try this: First, push the SEL (round button) on left of face plate for a few seconds until menu appears. Button on lower right of face plate controls getting to "Clock H" (hours) and "Clock M" (minutes). Use the round volume knob to select the correct time. The SEL button finishes your selection.
