do you sell the above & how much, i can sodder it myself

I read about several other people that had same prob with their tv as mine...one gal wrote..Model AV-27D302. It is about 3 years old. A black line has appeared across the top of the screen The line is about 1 - 1 1/2" thick. Ok, mine did same thing and on thanksgiving i turned it on and all there was was a vertical white line across the middle. Under the black line is a double image - the top of the screen inverted on top of the regular picture . the regular picture . I simply cannot afford to take it in. It sounds like the vertical circut burned out, I am very poor and on diabilty. If you have a new vertical circut board, how much would you charge me?
