IMPORTANT INFO FOR ANYONE INTENDING TO POST A QUERY

Anyone intending to post a JVC camcorder query should be aware NOT to make the posting anywhere except by clicking "Post New Message" at the top of the page. People are persistently making their postings inside some else's previous posting, these never being checked as they are a maze of non-consecutive dates making it nearly impossible to know where a persons new posting is located. (one in particular is "lens cap" by J Rubery) Needless to say anyone having made the aforementioned error generally never receives a reply because of this. This also applies to heading like "Error code assistance" or "JVC Service and Questions", or indeed any posting that has "Stacy Sample" mentioned, as this service is no longer applicable, likewise any posting made in these sections will not receive a reply.
