Defective DVD

I send my dvd player on customer service but they give us charge on defective parts of PCB. Where is the quality of this product ?

This DVD is in the scope of 1 year warranty(free service charge), but the quality of this DVD is very low, I only use this DVD twice a month and the original defect is found in PCB. parts breakdown is possible on BGA IC, Due to color blue image on the screen(video). Another thing and factor that we see open isulation of the RCA cord that possibly damage the IC, this is also Fail to achieve Product Safety Regulation. I demend to repair this DVD without charge. If this demand is not put in attention maybe all panasonic community must know and be aware that the service and quality of ONIDA are VERY LOW and need not to put attention in the market.This must consider as a market claim in your company. I will pay if the parts to be repair is not in the PCB.
