I got this monitor and its , all it display is just a blank white , screen . I am wondering wht may problem with it be and is it worth fix it .

I got this monitor and its , all it display is just a blank white , screen even whine i press the menu button it does not seem to appear , but the LCD looks fine ad it doesnt have any dead pixels nor is it damaged . I am wondering wht may problem with it be and is it worth fix it . Please Help Solve this matter . Thanks
