Basically you connect the camcorders DVi output socket into the PC via its USB, or better still "firewire" input, that is taking it that you have the lead? Your PC has to have some form of video capture software installed, although most have as standard anyway. However you dont provide near enough information for any accurate assistance, information like the PC's operating system, e.g: Windows XP or Vista etc, and I take it you mean transfer to DVD, not CD. Other thing to remember is do NOT have the camcorder switched on whilst connecting it to the PC, or it may not respond.
