Could you tell me what is the difference between Sima SFX-10 and GlobalmediaPro SYP-12.

I've been comparing Mixers online. Could you tell me what is the difference between Sima SFX-10 and GlobalmediaPro SYP-12. Are there other mixers in the same price range? I need Picture in picture, 4 inputs (s-video or RCA/composite) Audio capabilities but not a must, and outputs. Videonics MX1 worked for me but I need a replacement. I don't understand why one product can have two brands.
