Hi, I have JVC digital video camera(GR-D33AG) and when iam trying to connect to my PC through IEEE FIREWIRE DV card and cable, ps can't detects the video camera . I have gone to the store wherw i have baught the camera but the meneger told me that when i connected the camera my pc was turned on and i damaged the dv connnect in hte camera that it is not on warranty though the camera is on 2 years warranty. I am looking for a customera service in Israel. Please who can help me with an advise. Thanks a lot
