Need help adjusting color settings

Hey Guys, I just bought a 2005 JVC 48" I'ART pro Model#AV-48WP55. Does anyone have a standard setting list or a list of what numbers you have your Tint,Color,Bright,Detail,Picture,& color temperature. Any other settings you have found useful over the years would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
