Error Code C 32:20 (Sony Handycam)

The cassette door of my Sony Camcorder CCD-TRV87E is jammed. I treid slapping it but it didn't work. I ried disconnecting the battery and the power source and then inserting the battery in VTR mode, the cassette door went back in place but didn't play. I tried ejecting it but it came up a little and got jammed again. Any ideas?
