I found a resolution by myself but this resolution can be the same for other jvc television owner. A service code is required to get the service menu. with the remote control, the service menu can be started. Push sleep timer button set a 0 min, and hold display and video status button in the same time and you will get the service menu. Take care about any change. From this menu, you need to go on brightness menu to set the brigtness. if you are not familiar with televison ajustement take care. denis
