Door Chime and Radio Problems

My radio and cd on my IMA4406 Intercom will only work after I push the door talk button and then end call button with the radio on. Also found my door chime didn't work unless I do a system reset. When I use the radio again the chime stops working. Also noticed after I do a reset I can hear a faint buzzing coming from the master station speaker. Any ideas?
