PROCEDURE TO IMPROVE CHANCES OF RECEIVING A REPLY!!

When making any JVC camcorder query, you should be aware to make it only by clicking "POST NEW MESSAGE" at the top of the page and NOT anywhere else, as if you do its unlikely to be seen and as such NOT replied to This particularly applies to clicking on - "ERROR CODES ASSISTANCE" or "JVC SERVICE OR QUESTIONS" (by Stacy Sample) as these sections are "NO LONGER OPERATIONAL", so any posting made in any these areas will not be answered. Also, do NOT make a posting inside or under another persons "previously made" posting, (i.e: by clicking "reply") as this likewise is unlikely to be seen as these postings are a maze of non-consecutive dates making it nearly impossible for anyone to know where any new posting made is located. (if you have already made a posting in any of the places mentioned, try and find it again!!!) It should also be pointed out that some questions require a more detailed answer which can only be made to a DIRECT e-mail address, so if you choose to restrict your e-mail address a full answer is not always possible.
