yes this system is very obsolite.parts are very hard to find.if you send me a photo of your set up i maybe able to help you with your loading promblem.i`m very familiar with this machine i ran karaoke for 4 years.i have this machine but my machine is ran down due to people miss using it.i saved it from more abuse.i am looking for the changers myself and having a hard time. jonathan rice
