I can view, but it has no sound

Hi, i have a JVC Digital Video Camera GR-D73AA. I can view my images but it has no sound & I can't tape as all i can see on the LCd is black. I have cleaned the heads with a cleaning cassette. Does anyone have a resolution to this problem.Many Thanks - Toni
