Re your query on Pechorins, all JVC camcorders are fitted with approx four fuses, however these are special miniature soldered in types and are located on the main PC board near where the power input socket link (W2) comes in from the rear section of the camcorder. There isn't really any method of getting the tape out except by powering up the loading motor from a small 3 volt battery, needless to say a partial dismantling of the case has to be carried out to do this. Details of the fuse positions can be sent on request, but please note due to them containing a number of JPEG attachments for illustration purposes the info has to go to a direct e-mail address.
