JVC CAMCORDERS - FAULT ENQUIRY ADVICE

Enquire ONLY!! via the "Post new message" facility at the top of this page.
(Click heading for explanation of!)

When making any JVC camcorder query, you should be aware to make it only by clicking on "POST NEW MESSAGE" at the top of the page and NOT anywhere else.

Do "NOT" make enquiries under headings such as "ERROR CODES ASSISTANCE" - "JVC SERVICE OR QUESTIONS" (by Stacy Sample) as these sections are obsolete.

Also, do "NOT" make it under (or inside) another persons posting even although they may be asking the same question i.e:- if you see a posting made by another person with the same problem as your own "DO NOT ADD YOUR OWN QUESTION TO IT" as it will not be seen.

Always make your request by clicking on "POST NEW MESSAGE" at the top of the page then it will appear on the main listing.

The reason for this is because these "internal" postings are a maze of non-consecutive dates making it nearly impossible for anyone to know where a new posting is located. (if you have already made a posting in any of the places mentioned, have a try at finding it again!!!)

It should also be pointed out that some questions require a more detailed answer than can be given on the web page and so can only be given to a DIRECT e-mail address, hence if you choose to restrict your e-mail address a full answer is not really possible.
