can not eject the video tape

i can not get the "eject botton" to work---so i have been re-playing the same tape

i think the eject botton broke--what do i do ??

It would be of considerable assistance in providing any reply if you mentioned what brand / model of device you are referring to.

Have you tried completely unpowering the device for a minute or so then re-trying to eject?
