Eclipse AV5101 error message A9600072

A9600072 error message displayed

When power is supplied, the display shows A9600072 and all buttons are inoperative - including on/off. If I disconnect E-Lan cable on the Control Tuner and reconnect, it will play the default radio station but can do nothing else such as volume or change station. Heard a POP when it was playing before it cutout. Any ideas?
