Can't get rid of error message

Hi, I keep getting the E03 error message and, after ejecting a reinserting the tape, it doesn't make any difference. I've tried loads of different tapes. Thanks for any help!

E-03 indicates that there is a problem with the cassette tapes "take up" spindle not turning properly, this nearly always being caused by an actual tape problem, however as you have tried other tapes there is nothing else you can really do except with the tape compartment open, try blowing air onto the deck mechanism spindles for about a minute or so, as if any contamination is present through possibly using tapes other than a JVC brand, both Maxell & TDK brands "not" recommended to be used in JVC devices, stick with JVC - Panasonic or Fuji, then blowing air into the mechanism may clear it. Use a hairdryer on its cold setting (or very mild hot) to carry out the above.
