Full info cannot be sent as it has to go to a DIRECT e-mail address, however your model was included in a list of models that can suffer from this premature image sensor failure, but unfortunately a free repair that had been running for over the past 30 months (twice extended!) expired at the end of June 2008. In saying that though, it would still be worth while contacting JVC customer services, as through experience I am aware that in some cases a "goodwill" repair had been carried out, the main important point about this being that you "must" be the original purchaser of the camcorder and have documentary proof of this fact.
