HomeUNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE 01 REMOVE AND RE ATTACH BATTERY HI GUYS! MY JVC INSTRUCTIONS DO HIGHLIGHT THIS ERROR AND SAY TO TAKE BATTERY OFF FOR A WHILE THEN RE ATTACH. IT DOESNT WORK! I CALLED JVC AND THEY PUT ME THRU TO DNH A REPAIRER IN KENT. THEY QUOTED ABOUT £100. IM JUST TRYING TO FIND OTHER SOLTUION BEFORE PAYING OUT. CAN ANYONE HELP?? THANX JIM

Hi, I have just encountered the same problem. Did you get your camcorder repaired? If so what was the problem and how much did it cost? (Hope you don't mind me asking but I don't know if it's worth paying out the cash). I am disapointed with JVC and I don't think I would buy their brand again. I have only had this camcorder 2 years. I had a sony for 5 years previously and it still works. Your help would be appreciated. Many Thanks |
