Need help trying to figure how to get picture to display appropriately on a 32 inch TV - seems to think it is a 36 inch

Anyone know how to get the picture of a JVC AV-32SF35 to display per the screen size vs what looks like trying to display to a 36 inch screen. Picture just needs to be resized back to 32 inch picture so all fits on screen - have looked everywhere for an answer! Nothing in user manual to tell you how to reset.
