Re: LOGIK 27

Rex Posted Sep 04, 2008, in response to:Paul H

I have one of these sets and mine did this within days of buying it, mine would give a picture for a few seconds, then the backlight would go out, I would switch it off at the mains and try again several times until it stayed on, then I would leave it on for days at a time, eventually it failed altogether, I stripped the whole set apart and found the fault and cured it. Today the pic vanished again with the same fault and I have the main board out again now, and sure enough it needs the same work done again. I will not put the answer on here, if you want to know what to do, you can e~mail me.

The post made by Rex in 2008 quite clearly states to e-mail him as he wont detail the repair in a reply box, so has no one actually thought of e-mailing him rather than asking for help? this achieved by simply clicking on his name seen printed in the "green" heading.
