Regarding canon camera service center in CMH center, Bangalore

No one should go this sevice center of canon in cmh road. They are frauds for sure. We had given our camera for repair more than a month ago. First time they gave the camera without proper repair done. We tried it on their shop and gave it back. They said they would repair it properly. Now its a month and they are actually telling us that they are NOT FINDING OUR CANON POWERSHOT CAMERA! We are calling them everyday and they make all kinds of excuses. Can anyone tell me what is the best things to do now?
