cant adjust the convergence on red horizontally, also i cannot adjust the blue far enough on some.

my red and blue convergence are extremely off in seperate directions. when i go into convergence, the red only move up and down, but not left or right, and the blue will move up and down and left and right, but not far enough on some areas.
