Please help get rid of retrace lines

My sony KV-32S66 is starting to show annoying retrace lines on dark screens. I read where there was an adjustment on the yoke possibly or is it on a board. I tried to take the back off to adjust it and got in a mess. The boards came out partially and came disconnected..and couldnt find the silly adjustment. I was good to get it all back together. Please help.is there a trick to getting the back off easily without the boards coming out? I also want to know where and which screws to adjust to stop the retrace lines
