Modle No JVC GR-D33EK

BLANK SCREEN AND ADVISING THAT LENS CAP IS STILL ATTATCHED , WHEN ALEADY REMOVED.WILL PLAY EXSISTING TAPES OK AND RECORD OK [ A BLANK SCREEN]BEEN TRHOUGH ALL POSS FAULTS IN SVS MANUAL.

    This problem is caused by a manufacturing defect and which a "free" repair is on offer from JVC, this being conditional to you having the original packaging or the warranty which was contained therein. As you appear to be in the UK contact the JVC UK customer services on the number listed below, however although I have much fuller details on this unfortunately they cannot be pasted onto this page as they have to be sent to a "direct" e-mail address, this is due to them being lengthy and for convenience contain various JVC contact web links.
