from where do i download picture package software

For TVR285 handicam I had the CD to load the software since it got damaged i could not load from where I can download the software When loading Image Mixer VCD2 got stuck. Further when I want to open other utilities, the system ask for macromedia flash player. It seems my system has Adobe 9 still i could not do any job on it. From the date of purchase of this camera even a single time i could perform the vcd buring using the camera and the software provided. Pl advise
